And it's outta here!

Peanut lost his first tooth Friday afternoon. Apparently, the going rate for a child's first loose tooth is one gold dollar. (I'm not sure if that is always the rate or if this one was simply special because it was the first.) Peanut was very pleased that the Tooth Fairy was kind enough to allow him to keep his first lost tooth, and -- by the way -- he said she is the size of a bee and she has a son, too. No, he didn't see her, silly! A friend of his in his kindergarten class saw her. And guess what? He already has loose tooth number two!

Another milestone for Peanut! The good news/bad news? There will be so many more milestones to come. Wouldn't it be nice if we could just keep them little a while longer? What a sweetie-pie.

Congrats to him and sorry for Mom (because he will get those big grown up teeth).

She leaves gold coins here too.

Is that a side tooth he lost first?

Sounds like a nice tooth fairy!! She's going to "bee" busy for a while it looks like.

Kathy,

Eric gets the gold dollars from his vending machine at work. I guess he will need to keep that soda habit up for a while... :)

That's wonderful, I'm sure he is so happy that it finally came out. We are still waiting for a loose tooth for my 6 year old.
