My brother would have turned 41 yesterday, January 22nd. I added a special post to his memory blog in honor of his birthday. This is my favorite picture of us, even though it is a little out of focus and it has a hole in it where I stuck a thumbtack through it to put it on my bulletin board when I was little. It makes it even more special because it was a favorite of his, too.

I always smile when I read your blog about your brother. It is so clear how well he was, and still is, loved by so many.
That is such a cute picture. I'm glad you shared it here. I know so many 1/22 birthdays! I hope you have been able to smile a little and celebrate that he was in your life even if not for long enough. I don't know if it is too painful to feel that way or not. Thinking of you. I'm going to check out your other blog now.
